Fashion At Work Launch The Dignity Giving Suit

Fashion At Work today revieled its newest product the Dignity Giving Suit a revolutionary new concept in hospital patient gowns.

The Dignity Giving Suit has been developed in cooperation with the clinicians at Birmingham Children’s Hospital to provide patients a comfortable and clinically functional alternative to the un-flattering and impractical gown currently utilised by the NHS.
Ask any patient of their worst memory of life on the ward and they will undoubtedly tell of how the NHS provided gown left them feeling vulnerable, cold and without dignity. Ask any clinician about the current ward offering and they will tell you that they are impractical and often need to be cut and destroyed to gain access to the patient.

Finding the current design unfit for purpose, the development team at Dignity Giving Suits had to totally re think the way they looked at the patient gown. Effectively starting from scratch, they envisaged a unisex karate style suit that completely covered the patient to preserve dignity while at the same time offering healthcare professional’s unrestricted access to their patient.
